Is the Delta plc programming cable the same as the touch screen communication cable?

The plug on the two sides is not the same. The programming line is a USB one round and eight pins. The majority of the touch screen is the 232 serial port. The communication line is a round 8 pin, and the head is the 232 serial port male. Of course, this is certainly not the same.
